I love all types(except Hip Hop/Rap) but my favorite is Alternative. Paramore and Fall Out Boy will probably always be my favorite but I also listen to Britney, Rihanna, Ed Sheeran, Taylor Swift, Lorde. There's so many to name. I'm also a huge fan of the 1950s & 60s. Prince, Madonna, and Michael are also among my favorites (I loved the 80s also).

@Zaynah Yeah I love that song. I love the entire album! I have every FOB and Paramore record. I still buy albums. I hate the new digital age. I love the classics! I barely listen to new music unless it's Ed Sheeran or someone with that timeless feel. I really miss the days of 'Nsync & BSB. I still go crazy over a Prince song. Lol.

@Zaynah I wouldn't say his songs died with him. Most people still appreciate him and his music. It's just sadly this younger and new generation never knew much about him or his legacy. They're so used to autotune and mediocre musicians they can't tell what a real entertainer is. It makes me so sad. I just want the industry to go back to the way it was in the 80s and 90s when music was an event.

@Zaynah I'm young also (only 22) so I'm actually speaking about my own generation. I wasn't saying all young people don't appreciate it but majority won't even listen to Prince or Michael or Madonna. The way the new music industry is set up, it makes it hard to appreciate true artistry. Like an album always had artwork & lyrics but with digital singles it's hard to get the same feeling. Most people won't even listen to a full album anymore (which is why albums are selling so poorly) I was only agreeing with you that most people don't appreciate the classics anymore. I'm not knocking anyone's taste in music. To each their own.

@Zaynah I also listen to Lana Del Rey. I was upset she wasn't even nominated for an Oscar for Young and Beautiful. It was one of the best songs of the year.

Queen is my number one band along with bastille , the arctic monkeys ❤️ , imagine dragons and the occasional one direction song (not the soppy ones) .
