I thoroughly second this recommendation. I always suggest it to my creative friends.

This explains why The Creative Penn sounded familiar when I started listening to it recently. I realized that it was one of the podcasts I cut when I was spending a lot of time listening to long audiobooks. I'm glad I worked it back into the lineup.
