The resistance has numerous hideaways throughout the city, and their spies are found everywhere, too. Their main headquarters are located at the top of a skyscraper in the Heart of the City.

The resistance did not, however, form in the Heart of the City and instead formed in the Middle City Slums, where there are the most people in poverty.
