Athena, a loner, found this place surrounded by a rock wall. It has a clump of trees and a cave for two. Rosewood, a rouge, also stays here.

Athena raced into the plain with Foxpaw in her jaws. He was kicking and screaming. She knocked him out and dropped him near Rosewood. She sat down with a large rabbit and started to eat.
Athena woke up in the small cave. She stood up and stretched. Then a small mumble came from outside. She walked out to see the scrambling apprentice trying to get out of a cage like trap she had put him in. She laughed and sat down.
Foxpaw stopped and looked up at Rosewood. "Are you going to hurt me like you said you would?" He asked.
Foxpaw nodded slowly and looked at the other she-cat across the small plain. "When can I go home?" He asked. Athena scoffed and pawed at the dirt.
Foxpaw lowered his head and nodded. "Okay." He said. His stomach gurgled and he looked over at the pile of prey in the small cave.
Foxpaw shot back to Rosewood. "But I'm hungry." He said. Athena picked up a small mouse as trotted to the cage.
Athena smirked and dropped the mouse just outside the cage. She smiled as Foxpaw eyed it and tried to reach for it with his short forelegs.
Foxpaw huffed and sat down. "Yes." He told her. "She's nice, clever, strong, independent, funny, caring, and a great mentor."
Foxpaw raised an eyebrow and took a bite from the mouse. He looked down at his paws. "That's inappropriate." He mumbled. Athena nodded. "I wouldn't want to have my apprentice. Maybe want to protect them, but never want them." She said.
Foxpaw frowned. "Okay, fine." He said. "One day I won't talk or paw attention to her. Maybe I'll spend my time with my sisters." He nodded and pondered. "I want to know if you're right."
Foxpaw growled. "Your the coward." He snarled. "You don't even fight back because you know you're going o lose!"
Foxpaw laughed. "You cheated into death that's why!" He yelled and stood up. "You think you can damage me, can't you? Well you can't."
Foxpaw ignored the chatty she-cat and scanned the enclosure. He saw a crack big enough to slide through and nodded. He also saw a clump of trees and wondered what was in there.
Foxpaw ignored her again and examined the small cave. It was sort if dug into the stone wall. "Did you make that?" He asked the other she-cat. Athena nodded. "I did." She said and walked to it. "I dug it out with these." She smirked and unsheathed her long sharp claws.
Foxpaw still ignored Rosewood and looked at Ayhena. "Those are really long and sharp." He said.Athena smirked. "Thanks, I guess."
Foxpaw turned to Rosewood and smirked. He flicked his tail once or twice then turned back to Athena. "Your a very pretty cat." He said. Athena rolled her eyes. "You don't need to butter me up." She snapped.
"But you really are. Unlike Rosewood." He said. "She's the ugliest she-cat I've ever seen."
Athena laughed a bit. "No...."
Athena nodded. "I used to be but I prefer the term loner." She said and walked to the cage. "How are clans?" She asked, her eyes gleaming. Foxpaw smiled. "They're safe." He said. "You make many friends."
Athena nodded and looked at Rosewood. "It was so easy to pull you from that den." She said and peered down at him. "You're mother isn't very protecting."Foxpaw backed up. "You're the one who took me!"
Athena smirked. "Yeah." She said evilly. "Roseclaw is so weak." She stood up and bared her teeth. Foxpaw frowned. "Stop!"
Athena laughed. "You could always change your name." She scoffed. Foxpaw frowned and turned away from the two she-cats.
Shadow was walking around silently when she noticed a few cats, she stopped and glanced at them
Shadow swished her tail and glanced at the younger cat
"Walking." Shadow replied roughly, "who are you?" She asked
Shadow hesitantly walked closer to Rosewood, "I'm Shadow. And yes I'm not from the clans."
"Agreed." Shadow newer gruffly
Shadow flicked her tail, "when I was younger." She replied "I'm over that now."
"Depends on what you want." Shadow mewed
"No." Shadow replied "if I was to offer my help. What would I get in return?" She asked
"I'm not a kittypet." Shadow growled. "And the clans? In assuming you would want to do something about them."
"Impressive." Shadow mewed. "You are a worthy opponent, I would hate to be your enemy."
"Fine." Shadow said "you are very quick to trust.." She remarked
"Very well." Shadow mewed "simple enough, but just what are you trying to accomplish?"
"Him?" Shadow asked flicking her tail at Foxpaw
"Giving him back at all would be risky."
"Siblings perhaps?" Shadow suggested
"You could take his sibling and bring it here. Just as you did with him." Shadow suggested "or perhaps if you cause him enough mental pain he will sink into insanity."
"Of course she is. You could use her then."
"You could lure her into a trap."
