Barely 1 chapter in and I am completely freaked out. This book definitely starts, before you even can figure out what's happening BAM!!!

Really like it so far :)

I know right. I wasn't sure about this series for a while, never a huge fan of black and while movies or photography so the covers didn't speak to me but hearing so many people talk about them made me want to try and now I can see why. Wow. I feel bad already, poor grandpa.

Following reading the first chapter, I was hooked. Ransom Riggs did an amazing job with gaining interest immediately! I book talked about this book to a small group of teens for an assignment for my masters degree in library science. This first chapter really helped me to convince others that this was a book not to be missed!
