I've been posting for a while about different topics and now it's time to tell you about a personal project! I'm introducing a new book in November and I'm crowdfunding a companion concept art book to go along with it. Is that something Dystopia Land would be interested in hearing about?

I'm funding this project to make a concept art book called The Art of Flotilla in support of the Jim Westfield series. Think back to your first sci-fi story or movie. Remember how it spoke to you? Would you like to give that same passion for reading to your kids? Flotilla is the perfect solution. Unlike books that are all about explosions and robots, this series has adventure, action, and a message that just might make them think.




To help Flotilla connect with the larger sci-fi community, I want to tell the story visually, too! I've worked with indie artists to create some art and I need funding to expand this effort.
