The title itself seems contradictory to me. No cliffhanger is a good cliffhanger let alone the best :|

I always check if the series is complete before reading. But there are some exceptions.

Jojobean Enshadowed (Nevermore, #2) by Kelly Creagh ... A great cliffhanger that I have been (and still am) waiting for the conclusion to for 3 years.....

It should also be noted that I hate cliffhangers
