I just read that we lost Jackie Collins to breast cancer. She will be truly missed! My thoughts go out to her family.

I just saw her on Watch What Happens on Bravo live and I couldn't tell that she was ill at all. She was really funny. I think it was less than a month ago.

I know, I'm so so sad. Think it's time for a re-read or two.

Now sadly, I have never read a Jackie Collins book! I'm not sure I'm ready yet given my taste in fiction ;) But it is very sad to have lost her - my husband told me the news last night.

I had no idea she was sick. I haven't read any of her stuff but know she was a trailblazer in the genre.
