Mark of the Thief is about a roman slave boy that found a treasure that belonged to the most famous roman emperor Julius Cesar. In the cave that he was forced into, he finds a griffin, a magic amulet, and a lot of treasure. The magic in the amulet is the power of the roman gods, that a roman general is willing to kill for.
