Lad Lit discussion

Heyas, I noticed there wasn't a "Greetings and introductions" type thread so I thought I'd post one.

My online pseudonym is Zanriel but I also go by "James". I discovered "Lad Lit" just a couple years ago and it's by far the toughest genre to find books in. (Personally, I consider Lad Lit as modern fiction written by a male with a male POV, and it should usually have a romance angle.)

It's quickly becoming my favorite genre because I'm really a hopeless romantic myself, and I love books that hit you in the feels and are uplifting or generally positive. It's nice to meet everyone and I look forward to sharing recommendations. Also, I may send friend requests so my friends list isn't completely full of sci-fi/fantasy geeks.

Adam Eccles, I'm from the UK, but have lived in Ireland for the last 21 years. I started writing about a year ago with the solid intent to publish ASAP. I managed two books last year and no plans to stop!
Writing was always my passion, but only now do I feel confident enough to JFDI and publish. So far so good.

I write lad-lit, rom-coms with a technical nerdy edge to them. Lots of swearing and plenty of sex!
