Kindness Matters discussion

I have found on my 50 year journey as mother, wife,friend,community leader, sister,niece and spiritual gardener of the heart:" that making time to really be present to & for others is a gift beyond measure."~S.E.A

I truly believe that by spreading daily acts of kindness we raise our energy & frequency as well as others, especially in the HEART!
It has been my experience these last 3 weeks since "Kindness on a Budget" was released that people want to be more connected and therefore consciously & mindfully PRESENT to being kind daily.
My hope & prayer is that these real life vignettes can illustrate how easy and yes important being kind daily is.
