This Month for our Non-Contemporary we are reading Beckon Me by Cindy Thomas. It is a New Adult paranormal. I will start reading this later, it looks rather interesting. i have never read anything by this author before but I have heard good things about this book .

Has anyone started reading this? What are your initial impressions?
Just finished this one over the weekend. Definitely was an interesting world that Ms Thomas built for us and I'm curious enough to want to find out what happens next. Eli was an interesting hero for our story. You keep wondering what's his real story and even as the layers are peeled, there is more that you know is buried deep in there.

Yes I Agree. it is a different and interesting book. I do Love Eli and I cant wait to uncover his layers. he is so hiding so much more. And that girl, his ex is she really dead? I have so many theories and questions, can't wait to read more.
