Haven glanced down from where she was perched in the branches. Great. This is exactly what she didn't want- someone interrupting her much needed rest. It had been a long way from the Red Riding Hood Kingdom. She sighed, rustling the leaves slightly.

((SOOO sorry...))
Haven sighed. She jumped down from the tree with a small thud. She landed only a few inches away from Leise and sighed. "Well, what do you want to talk about if we're going to talk?" She asked, equally snarky.

Leise looked at the girl appraisingly. She had never met someone who could dish it back. "Leise Gray," She said, formally and confidently. She stuck her hand out for the girl to shake. "It's a *pleasure* to make your acquaintance," Leise said. On the words 'It's a' she used the formal and confident voice, on the word 'pleasure' her voice went up to a high, frivolous, slightly southern accent. It was back to the confident formal on 'to make your acquaintance.'
Haven ignored the hang and leaned against the tree. "Pleasure's mine." she said sarcastically, looking up at the sky or at least what she could see of it through the branches. "The name's Haven."
((Sorry my posts are short, working on a character and very distracted.))

Leise pulled back her hand and raised her eyebrows. This girl had nerve. "Just trying to be 'Polite'," Leise said sarcastically. She rolled her eyes and looked at the girl. "Haven, Haven," Leise said as she rolled the name over her tongue.
((I love my character SO much right now))
"Mmmmhmm..." Haven said. She scanned the lake. "Are you from around here?" she asked, not really paying attention to Leise's answer. She could care less and was currently wishing she didn't rustle those branches, so she could still be up there, minding her own business.

Leise smirked. "Depends on what you mean," Leise said. She liked the little touch of mystery that her previous words brought. She looked over at Haven, rolling her eyes and smirking.
(( I've also been working on a charrie for a different RP group ))
((Mine is a Hogwarts like one. I absolutely love making charries. They are like my babies I get to watch grow up. Sometimes I make them just for fun when I'm bored. Then I end up using them in some RP group. I don't mean for them to be too detailed, but then I get carried away, planning out a whole complex personality. XD Sorry, that was a lot...))
Haven shot a glance over at Leise. It showed nothing in it, no emotion at all. She took in a lot about Leise though. She was like her. Haven looked ahead of her and rolled her tongue around in her mouth. "Do. You. Live. Here? One way or another, it doesn't matter to me." she said impatiently.

Leise sighed. "Yes. I currently live here," Leise said sharply. "And Do. You. Live. Here," She said wittily, mimicking Haven. As much as Leise hated to admit this, deep down she knew that she and Haven were very similar.
((Oh my wow xD It's for the Ilvermorney one and I just finished her. I like her so much I think I'm going to transfer her to that group, but make her younger.))
Haven nodded to Leise's answer. "Nah." she said, "I'm from the Red Riding Hood Kingdom, but I wouldn't call it home." She sighed inwardly. She was beginning to take an actual interest to Leise. Her answers interested her and she knew they were alike. She found all of it very interesting.

Leise looked at her. "Not exactly home..." She muttered very quietly. Leise absolutely 100% did not press Haven farther at all. Leise knew exactly how hard it was talk when you had a ...interesting past.
Haven gave Leies a good, hard look. "My guess is you don't exactly call this place home either, huh?" She asked. Haven raised an eyebrow, assessing her every move.
((I feel you xD Im done with charries for tonight. I had to get on the app))

Leise shook her head. "No, no. I call this place home," She said wincing. Even she could tell that she sounded unconvincing.
(( sorry for the short post I'm like half asleep ))
((S'all right. I need to hit the sack too))
Haven raised her eyebrows. "Uh huh." She said, staring Leise down. "Ok so do you have a house or cottage or anything here?" She asked, testing how deep she would dig this hole.
Haven raised her eyebrows. "Uh huh." She said, staring Leise down. "Ok so do you have a house or cottage or anything here?" She asked, testing how deep she would dig this hole.

Leise clenched her jaw. "Yep. I gotta house here," She said confidently. "You gotta house in the red riding hood kingdom?" She asked. She pushed the limits a little.
Haven sucked in a bunch of air and blew it out. "Yup." She clenched her jaw as well. It was a family home and all her family lived there, but she hadn't been there for about two years and she didn't care much for her family. "Family?" Haven asked.

"Bad parts?" Haven asked slyly, trying to get on Leise'd nerves. She gave her a slight smile. She felt that they could read each other well for just meeting. Well, who was she to say? Her family probably forgot she even existed.

Haven nodded, ignoring her tone and the dirty looks she was receiving. "You don't really have anywhere you belong or anything or one that belongs to you." She studied her face carefully, looking half compassionate and half confused. "Am I right or not?" She asked, her voice soft, yet bitter at the same time.
"Uh huh." Haven said. If she were right, they weren't like each other. "I think you've been lying a lot in this conversation." She said, giving Leise a hard stare.

"Lemme hear." Haven said. She faced her and folded her arms
((Sorry for the short post...))

Leise braced herself. "Okay," She said. "The day she was born, her father (Ryan Black) threatened her mother (Amelia Hearten Gray). He said that if she didn't give him Leise, he would steal her in the dead of night and escape with her. The very night Leise was born, her mother took her and escaped. She ran off to the Charming Kingdom. There, Amelia bought a house and lived in peace with Leise for two years. 5 days after Leises second birthday, Amelia met a man. Ty Shade. She fell in love, and Ty became Leises step-father. During this time, Leise was 2. All she remembers is throwing a lot of tantrums. When Leise was 4-7, Ty and Amelia had 3 children. Flora was the eldest. Next came Bryson, then Grayson. Leise loved her siblings. Together, they played pretend, sung from trees, sang songs. It was then Leise discovered song. Leise was a natural singer, and a great one at that. She started singing all the time. Everywhere! Her parents encouraged her singing and supported her thoroughly. Then her parents dropped the news. Apparently, Flora was supposed to have a twin named Fauna. This shook Leise's entire life. She completely stopped singing for an entire year," Leise said. She looked at Haven.
"Oh." Haven said flatly and somewhat disappointed. Knowing her history, Haven thought she wasn't the person she thought she knew at first glance. She stared off into the lake, no longer wanting to converse with Leise.

((Sorry for the short post! ))
((S'alright. Your gonna get one too xD))
"Nothing." Haven said, annoyed. She folded her arms and leaned all of her back against the tree.
"Nothing." Haven said, annoyed. She folded her arms and leaned all of her back against the tree.

"What?" Leise asked sharply. She could tell that Haven wasn't impressed, and that she was bored or something. "You should know me by now. Say it too my face," Leise snapped.
"I just thought you were different, that you were someone else!" She yelled to Leise's face "Happy now?" She asked bitterly. She couldn't run from the fact that they had some connection but it didn't matter to Haven anymore.

Haven climbed back into the tree and positioned herself so that she was lying down and ready to take a nap. She closed her eyes but couldn't sleep. She listened to Leise, not sure what or how she was feeling at the moment.

"I could care less." Haven said with a slight growl, even though she hoped Leise would stay. She didn't look at her, afraid of what her unnamed emotions would make her do.

Haven opened her eyes and sat up. "Aren't you gonna ask me anything?" She asked, her tone unsure. She dangled her feet out of the tree.
"Alright then" Haven said. She looked up through the leaves in the tree. She let out a big breath and kicked her legs back and forth.

Haven sighed and studied her from above. "If you won't ask me anything I'll tell you something." She said. She stayed up in the trees but started talking. "I am from the Red Riding Hood Kingdom. I have one brother and two parents but I haven't seen them in a long time. They didn't notice me because they were so wrapped up in that stupid business. I ran away. I don't belong anywhere anymore and I need no one." She said.

"Well?" Haven asked impatiently. She didn't know what she was doing right now but she wanted Lesie to say something. She gave her a hard stare.
"Aren't you going to say something?" Haven asked snappily. She found it odd that after all these years of avoiding people and such she was pretty much begging Leise to talk to her. She lied back down in the tree and looked up at the sky. Wy was she doing this? It was so stupid and pointless to try and make friends.
((I love this rp was too much))
((I love this rp was too much))

(( Sameee ))
"Well something. Just stop standing there like an idiot." Haven snapped. As soon as she did she regretted it, but there was no WAY she was apologizing. She glanced down at Leise to see what hr reaction would be.
