Sign up to be a scout!! Scouts must be tuned into the elements very well so they can pick up elementals. Their main aim is the 16 y.os and the 13/12 y.os. If they get out of control scout's job is also to help and support them. They don't have to go toelementum if they don't have to.
There are 2 types of scouts.
Elementum Scouts and Gwidon's Scouts. i recommend that Elementum scouts pick the kids up before gwi's ones do ;) Gwi's scouts are taught to twist the minds of the elementals to want or more like YEARN to go to gwi ^^
