What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

I'm looking for the title of this book.
It's about a woman who meet his handsome man and end up falling in love with him.
He goes on ''business'' frequently without explanation and notice. She can't reach him at those times.
He's pretty close to a guy, can't remember the name (who in the book cover for his business trip, cause he knows about his condition)
They get marry and end up having a baby. He leaves her before the baby is born (i think). He tell her that he need to leave because he fears for his life and doesn't give her much more explanation.
She goes for a year or two without hearing from him. Her best friend and one guy friend end up living with her to help her.
Someone call her about seeing her ''husband'' in a newspaper in a tiny town. she goes and end up meeting him. But he has no clue who she is. He has another name/already married to someone else. So his parents tell everybody that their son have double personality since his teenage year.... And they want their son back. So they are keeping him with them and gave him his medications (so he don't go back to his other self) He meet his daugther (i think) ..... That's about it........ I was talking to a friend about that book... and i was trying to figure the title...

I was talking about this with someone else the other day! I'm pretty sure it is "If I Break" by Portia Moore.
