i went through and reorganized this whole thread (i am very meticulous and figured since elf is gone someone should do this) and after seeing this comment, gave you the claim. the head of spy units had "infinite claims" in the original comment, which would mean as many people could claim that position as they'd like. thank you for asking and i'm sorry this took me so long! i've been swamped with homework and the like.

Just to give you a heads up, my Kingkillers Leader has not been struck through yet, but it's been created and already role played. ^^
