I walked the Primitive Way of Saint James with my younger brother before just before he died.
I wrote the book On the Primitive Way about our pilgrimage. It is the first memoir originally written in English about El Camino Primitivo.
Having been estranged from my brother due to drug and alcohol abuse, homelessness and imprisonment, our journey united us together after a decade of separation.
