The Midnight Star discussion

I just finished The Rose Society, and I can't sleep on it. Oh, my gosh. Okay, there will be spoilers here...

So what do you think will happen in the next installment?

well i feel like we all want to see something good happen here so i feel like while everyone's alienated right now - i think that we'll see a lot happen to not only keep pulling everyone apart, but we'll see something that finally gets the sisters back together and hopefully will get Enzo back into our fav good graces.

the interesting thing though will be to see how the premonition of powers causing death will come to fruition. i thin kthat there's something to it - and i wonder what the path to that ending will be and who's going to live in the end.

I can't wait to see what happens next. So many possible predictions. Adelina might die by the end of the series or she could be redeemed or be jailed forever until her death or her powers will give out... So many possibilities.

Enzo... Oh, my gosh. I want my baby back, but not in that way! Adelina/Enzo are now a horrifying ship. Seriously. That power play between them is so destructive.

Adelina will become a horrible and cruel mad ruler and will be later killed or commit suicide. I feel as if she will have a very horrid awakening.

I hope somebody finally permanently throws Enzo in the grave. Ugh. No. Deus Ex Machina much??? Jeez.

Raffaele will become King!! At least, that would be the best outcome in my opinion.

And it would be very interesting to see Raffaele as king.

I think the book will be called "The Empire of the White Wolf" because at the end of "The Young Elites" one of the little quoty thingies (I don't know what their called) at the start of the last chapters was about The Rose Society itself. In turn one of the last quoty thingies in "The Rose Society" was about The Empire of the White Wolf. Maybe we'll have a time jump to when Adelina's a powerful queen and then we see the Daggers' and other people maybe creating a resistance against her cause I think we can all assume (if not talk about why not) that Adelina's will be a kind of cruel queen.
Also what do you think the rest of the Rose Society memebers. Magiano, Sergio, Violetta?

Oh, yeah! I remember that. The quote was about how the Empire of the White Wolf was strong or something like that. (Or maybe it was about the queen, and how a ruthless queen isn't compassionate? Don't remember it exactly.)

As for the rest of the Rose Society, I'm hoping that they don't die. The revelation at the end of the second book was most certainly surprising. It turns out that their very powers are killing them, and I'm seriously hoping that nothing (too) bad will happen.
