I want to read it! I already have it, it's next up for me...it won't take me long to read the LH Cosway. I could start this one this week-end or Monday?

This is my friend Chelsea's review, and why I signed up to get it from the library. I don't know what the book's about because I don't want spoilers....I just liked her enthusiasm. The reviews overall are pretty good, and at least Maida didn't hate it, Lol. But, if you don't want to read it anymore I totally understand! :)

I'm sorry if my review bummed you out! But like Jeanne said, at least I didn't hate the book (which is saying A LOT). I tend to judge books harshly, & I probably had unrealistically high expectations for this one. That said, I do think that this book will resonate w/ both you & Jeanne since you're both mothers. The parents play a HUGE role in this novel. I even had one GR friend write in her review that the title of the book should be Emmy, Oliver & their Parents. ;) I hope that you girls enjoy the book! Can't wait to hear all of your thoughts!

OK, I'm starting this one today! Sorry I missied that last comment...I only have seven more days to read it, and at the rate I get through books lately, I might need it. :))

I'm at 20%, but this is really cute so far, I'm enjoying it. Maida's right about (view spoiler)[ their relationships with their parents. I think that's really funny, and actually realistic. :) (hide spoiler)]

Ahhh! I have been off GR for a few days...Thanksgiving, etc. I'll try and start this tomorrow!

no problem! I only had a little time because I had a two hr. road trip and the hubs drove! :)

I have to admit, I'm a lot like Emmy's mom. Lol.
