2nd Period Language Arts discussion

Robertson, Si, and Mark Schlabach. Si-cology 101: Tales & Wisdom from Duck Dynasty's Favorite Uncle. Print.

For the 3rd book review, I chose to read Si-cology 1, a book about the life of Si Robertson from the TV show "Duck Dynasty." The main theme of the book is simply Si's life and his beliefs. On of the many funny things in the book is Si's opinion of people with Boston accents (pg. 143). I really enjoy the author's writing style as it's exactly what is on the show. I can hear Si saying what I read in the book. The setting of the book ranges from his birth in Louisiana, all the way to Germany and Vietnam, then back to the Louisiana in the end. I recommend this book to anyone looking for a light-hearted book to read.
