Into the Still Blue discussion

I absolutely loved this series. The characters are so incredible. I fell in love with Perry and Roar. They are both so courageous and masculine. Aria also became one of my favorites. In my eyes these books are flawless. Kudos to Rossi who kept up the momentum through each book. It never dragged. It had the right balance of romance and action. I would love to see this on the big screen one day , but they better do it justice. It is a beautiful piece of writing.

i think that this could actually be a visually interesting movie - or at least a good TV Show. I'm with you on how much i felt that i was invested in perry, Roar and Aria. I think that you get to see them all grow - at least Perry and Aria - in the sense that they have to come into their own, and really figure out how to be powerful and strong while still being teenagers.

i also adore roar because he's the hot guy that has the sense of humor to always make you smile, yet keep you on your toes.

Are the mini books any good? Are they worth reading?

yes the novellas were good. i liked getting further background on those characters.

I agree,fantastic series!!! I haven't started Book 3 yet but plan to very soon! Have you read The Razorland trilogy by Ann Aguirre? Enclave, Outpost, Horde....LOVED it too.

Roar though! literally fell for him! my heart broke when i saw his reaction/aftermath of livs death :(
