I finally started listening to it on my way home from work last night. I agree, I love this book so far.

And, on a side note, the reader is great. I think it's the same one who read Never Let Me Go.

Jocelyn (jocelyn73c) That's awesome that the reader is good. I feel like if the reader was bad it would turn a lot of people away, and this book is AMAZING so far. It would be a shame for it to have a bad reader lol. I seriously can't put it down anymore. I took an extra long lunch today because I couldn't stop!

Just passed the crappy husband part. That whole life path was incredibly hard to witness!

So I downloaded the kindle version of the book last night and whipped through the reminder of the lives.

Maybe I'm just reading into it now, but in the last birth scene, Sylvie has scissors on hand. I really do feel like she was also remembering her past "lives".

Jocelyn (jocelyn73c) She must have been, and maybe it's something that's passed down. Maybe she felt weird around Ursula because they were so similar, but Sylvie doesn't embrace their gift (is it a gift?) like Ursula eventually does.
