This book was okay. I think it would've been better if I hadn't predicated everything that would happen within the first 20%…
I've actually read this book, I kinda liked it. I wasn't paying much attention in the beginning, when everything was about a drain, and I believed I just missed some stuff I shoulda known, but I just couldn't go back! The book picks up later on though:) check out my review at http://athousandwordsamillionbooks.bl...
Sarah, I thought the beginning was confusing too. It all gets explained though. I thought it was a really interesting book.
Yeah you have to give it a bit to really understand what is going on. That's what really grabbed me right off was that I had to keep reading because I just wanted to know what was going on and how everything worked.
Just finished it. I really enjoyed it. I thought it was a very unique and interesting stories and I loved the ending. I'm pretty sure that it definitely should have been a stand alone and that the rest of the series will ruin it.
when i started this book i was beyond confused and i had no idea what was going on but then it kind of all came together
