Cindy blushed as she felt his arm wrap around her waist, but she said nothing.

Tobias tried not to focus that he was holding Cindy. He led her into his house. "You should call your parents."

She frowned, "do I have to?"

He nodded, "They're probably worried about you."

Cindy sighed and nodded, "where's the phone?"

"Wait here." he said and darted off.

Cindy watched him go then went to the couch and sat down nervously. What if his parents randomly found her? Would they freak out?

Elsa sat next to her and turned the tv on to Tom&Jerry.

She smiled and snuggled but to his side and giggled as she watched the show.

Tobias came back and handed the phone to Cindy.

Cindy sat up and sighed. She took the phone and called the house.

Annabelle picked up since her parents were busy, "Hello?"

"Hey.. It's Cindy.."

"Cin!" Annabelle cried, "Mommy! Cin inside of the hone!"

Olli took the phone, "hello? Cindy? Where are you?" She asked worriedly.
"I'm fine. I'm with Tobias.. I'll be home latter.. Bye," she hung up and handed the phone back to him.

Tobias raised an eyebrow, "Your going to be in trouble. You know."

She nodded, "my dad will fine me.. It's part of his job," she shrugged.

"Great. So I'll be in trouble." he groaned

Cindy giggled, " your fine," she smiled cutely.

He flopped back on the couch. "Nope. This is the end of Tobias. Oh he will be loved and missed by all." He cried.

She gasped and crawled next to him on the couch and hugged him, " I'm sowy!"

Tobias blushed deeply. "I was just joking Cindy." he assured her.
His sister laughed at them.

She blushed and jumped next to his sister and crossed her arms over her chest, " I knew that!"

Elsa had to cover her mouth to stop her giggles.
"Not funny." he frowned at Elsa. He sat back on the couch.

Cindy looked away from him, blushing.

"So how long you think until your super dad comes?" he asked her

She shrugged, "who knows.." She looked at the tv, "probably soon since your a boy.."

"Can't even make me fell safe huh?" he asked

Cindy shrugged, "that's what you get for helping me over and over," she smiled cutely at him.

He rolled his eyes, "I don't regret it."

She blushed and her heart jumped, "and whys that?"

"Because it eventually led to you being around me." he said looked away embarrassed.

She bit her lip, "oh..."

Elsa made kissy faces at them. Tobias threw a pillow at her causing her to laugh and run upstairs.

Cindy blushed, "she's wired.."

"Some days I don't even claim her." he teased

She giggled, "don't be mean, she's your sister."

"And I love her." he smiled. "Most of the time." he muttered

Cindy giggled and thought about Cyrus and sighed.

"What's wrong?" he frowned, wondering if he had done something wrong.

She sighed, "my baby brother is dying and I just left..."

He frowned, "You should be with your family then Cindy."

She nodded, "I'm scared.."

He squeezed her hand, "It'll be okay." he assured her and jumped when someone(Tyler) banged on the door.

Cindy bit her lip, "you should get the door.."

"And here goes my head." He muttered and went to open the door.
Tyler glared at Tobias but looked at Cindy. "Lets go."

Cindy slip off the couch and limped to the door, "thank Tobias.." She whispered as she passed him.

Tobias nodded, "Anytime Cindy." he told her and closed the door.
Tyler picked her up and carried her to the car. "I thought guys were jerks?"

"They are," she nodded.
