Hi Saskia!
If you're 16, you are very likely still in high school, right?
I hated (Portuguese) high school because its main idea was: you have to interpret a literary work according to what we say is right. All other interpretations are wrong because they are not in the textbook. That irritated me to no end.
However, if you want to get into Oxford you will likely be better prepared if you endure a couple more years of high school, just saying.
What do you like the most about OW's writing?

My name is Sara and I was born and raised in Lisbon, Portugal. Currently 27 years old, I have a job which doesn't allow me a lot of free time. Nevertheless, I make sure to read at least 10 minutes a day.
I first read Oscar Wilde in University. I am an English Studies graduate and we studied OW's texts in literature, linguistics and culture courses. His texts are so rich and varied they they are worth studying from every angle. Obviously I ended up falling in love with his work!
