Hi everyone,

I'm torn on which book cover design to go with. Any advice from fellow writers and publishers?

Option 2, but I'd have at least two muscled cute guys in the glass. Surfers or weightlifters or something

Option 1. But think in terms of a thumbnail view of the book. Shrink it down to 100 pixels wide and see what it looks like. This is what the shopper will see on Amazon when she pages through the lists.

I think Option 1 is more appealing—it has a much better use of space, using the cover to its maximum potential.

Option 1 gets my vote. The second one is too bottom heavy or something.
