Patrick stepped outside into the quad, it was a bit warm out but not quite hot yet. There were many people out there, but Patrick didn't recognize anyone! He really wished Jay, his partner in crime was here.

Kristal was wandering again. She just got in another fight with Flame and she needed to cool down.

Then, a stupid girl crashed into him. Patrick is a pretty big person so the force didn't move him a bit, but the other girl went crashing down! When our bodies hit each other, I felt her freezing skin!" Get offa me!" Patrick yelled at her!

"Sorry." Kristal exclaimed surprised. She had been lost in thought and didn't see him.

"Gees!"((sorry If I spelled hat wrong!)) Patrick could already fell his terrible temper rising. But her calmed himself down, slowly!

"Hey, Kristal. What's Ap." Candie says running towards Kristal.

"Hey Candie. I am just cooling down. I just got done fighting with Flame. He almost killed me again. I hate Flame." Kristal said. Then she turned to the boy. "My name is Kristal." she said

"Why would I care?" Patrick snorted. That girl looked really annoying, like the type of person who doesn't do anything wrong.

"You're a sidekick. I can tell." Kristal said. "You have the look of one."

"What does a sidekick look like?" Patrick was a sidekick and if that girl was making fun of sidekicks, she would get it!

Solstice blinked as she came outside onto the quad. The sunshine was too bright for her, but she had wanted to come and find some peace. Then she spotted Patrick and Kristal and walked over.

"What was the fight about again." Candie says.

"I can tell because your eyes." Kristal said. "The way you look at me is different than a hero, and different than a villain. Trust me. I know what I am talking about. And the fight was because Flame can't just mind his own business."

"Ya flame is the one with a problem!" Patrick rolled his eyes.

"Well, why don't we talk it out like before. This time, don't hurt me." Candie says sternly.

"Fine." Kristal said. She turned around and looked at Patrick. "Are you doubting me?" She asked

"Why are we fighting?" Solstice asked.

"He is doubting my ability." Kristal said

"He doubted my voodoo, don't worry," Solstice told her.

"Well, I'm not supporting you!" Patrick got annoyed. She can't protect herself from me!

"Don't make me mad. I can kill you without touching you." Kristal said

"STOP!!" Candie says a little loudly. "I am a peacemaker. You need to stop. Your a sidekick, stay at the side. Now, Kristal, let's go to Flame and figure things out.

Solstice watched. "Where's Jay, Patrick?" she asked.

"I'd rather jump into a pit of poisonous snakes and spiders." Kristal said

"See what I said about the goody goody!" Then, Patrick realized what she said about sidekicks."you shouldn't of said that!" Then he punched her in the shoulder

"Whatever." Candie says. Kristal always exaggerates.

"Don't touch her!" Kristal yelled. ice started coming out her hands.

Solstice cleared her throat. "May I remind you all to calm down?" she asked.

"Stop." Candie says to Kristal. "I'll handle this." she says.

"Fine." Kristal said. She took a deep breath and forced a smile

"Do you remember me?" How could Sol ask ME to calm down!!! He ran and pushed sol at the wall.

"LEAVE HER ALONE!!!!" Kristal yelled. "SHE DID NOTHING TO YOU!!!!"

Solstice shoved Patrick off, rubbing her aching ribs. "My sweet souls, you really do have an anger problem," she muttered.

"you know what. My power inside me is running wild." Then Candie shoved Patrick and kicked him where the sun doesn't shine. "Don't mess with me or my friends." she said and punched him in the face then kneed him in the stomach.

Solstice ran forward and pulled Candie off of Patrick. "Leave him alone, Candie, you don't want to cause permanent damage." She looked down at the boy. "Better thank me for saving your life."

"I don't care. I can just heal him up with my singing and then hurt him again." Candie says and calms down.

"Oh, come on, you're too nice to hurt others," Solstice said with a grin.

"Okay. I'll stop. But I warn you, Patrick. Don't mess with me or my friends. Where do you wanna go Sol?" Candie says.

"I think I'll stay," Solstice replied. "We need to solve this."

"What, no, no way am I staying here. What do we need to solve anyways?" Candie says as her anger boils.

"Fine, the pool?" Solstice responded. "You look like you need to cool down."

"Sure, thanks Sol. You're the best." Candie says with a smile.
