Hello, Clemencia. Radical Candor helped me feel more confident doing the more uncomfortable tasks with leading people, like giving developmental feedback and saying no to an interview candidate. The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People helped me feel more confident in general and, as a result, as a leader. It was helpful in learning how to make the most out of conversations and have healthy, trusting relationships.
I am interested in reading Brené Brown's Daring Greatly and Dare to Lead because I am under the impression that they will help with confidence in leadership, but I haven't had the opportunity yet.

Welcome Deanna! Many of the books about leading people contain principles that would also be applicable to leading people leaders. I'm not aware of a book targeting this specifcally, Some that might be useful are in the Bookshelf for this group: https://www.goodreads.com/group/books...
Personally I quite like:
The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership: Follow Them and People Will Follow You by John C. Maxwell
Virtuous Leadership by Alexandre Havard
You might also like to have a look at The Essential Drucker - a compilation of Drucker's work.
