The palace of the MudWing queen

As Terracotta lead Harpe out of the Forest the palace was up ahead he looked back and smiled "here we are" he stated.

Harpe shook clumps of mud off of her talons and looked around.

Watching her response he walked to the palace entrance not minding the mud still on his talons.

Harpe scurried after him. "What's her name?" She asked curiously

"Queen Burgandy, she's really nice." Terracotta answered.

Caiman strolled through the palace halls, looking for something to do. Boredom was an ever present enemy. She always had to be coming up with new strategies to fight it. Which was weird, because if it was an actual dragon, it would not be that smart. Caiman shook of the thought. Maybe she'd go find one of her siblings.

Terracotta continued talking about his Queen and how she treats the kingdom good as he lead Harpe throw the palace heading to talk to the Queen.

Caiman caught sight of to dragons she'd never seen before. One was an IceWing (substitute with her real tribe if she isn't an IceWing) And the other was a Mudwing, who seemed somewhat familiar, even though she KNEW, she'd never met him. Well, what could be more interesting than meeting new people? Making new friends and enemies? Caiman strolled up to them.
" Hello random dragons. " she spoke " I'm princess Caiman. Welcome to the Mudwing palace."

Harpe backed up into Terracotta nervously and then bowed, her wings shaking. "Hello, Princess." She said softly with a tremor in her voice

Caimen smiled her signature crooked grin, trying to put the IceWing at ease.
"You don't have to bow to me." She said. " You can save all that fancy stuff for my mom. What are your names?"

Harpe straightened "I'm Harpe." She said, and turned to Terracotta. "This is Terracotta."

((Pronounced Har - pay))

"Cool" Caiman answered "What are you doing in the Mud kingdom?"

"Were here to ask Queen Burgandy a question." Terracotta asked.

"Really? She hears petitions on afternoons twice a week. The next session is in an hour. If you want, we can do something until then. I'm Bigwings Princess, so I can do pretty much whatever I want, unless mother prohibits it." Caiman flapped her wings, revealing the golden scales at their base.
"Come on, let's go"

Harpe turned to Terracotta excitedly "Ready?"

Terracotta looked up at caiman in ah at her size. "Wow your siblings must be really lucky." He said quietly.

Caiman smiled
"Thanks. And I'm lucky to have them. We keep each other from dying of boredom. Do you want to meet them? I think Loam is in the library. No clue where the others are"

"Umm. Harpe?" Terracotta looked to see if she wanted to as Geo, terracotta's scavenger poked his head out from behind terracotta's wings.

Caiman turned and led them to the library, pointing out things as the went. A few minutes later they were there. It was a large room, made of hardened brick like the rest of the palace.mscrolls lined the walls.

Terracotta followed looking around happily he's never been this far in the Queen's palace before. "Wow how can you ever get bored here it's so big." He asked.

"Most of it isn't that interesting." She spoke. "We have an entire wing that is just sleeping caves. But it is great for hide and seek." She looked over to a dragon in the corner, sitting down with a scroll in his talons.
"Hey Loam!" She shouted. "Guess what?" He smiled at her. "Don't yell Caiman. I'm trying to concentrate." Caiman seemed unaffected. " Oh, sorry. This is Harpe and Terracotta" she gestured to the two dragons.

Terracotta smiled and shyed away from the bigger dragon. Geo his scavenger shifted to get a better grip so not too fall.

Harpe edged behind Terracotta nervously. "Um, hi." She said, her eyes darting

Terracotta looked to Harpe "is she going to intro duce us to everyone?" He whispered nervously.

Harpe shrugged and her gaze darted to the MudWings milling around. "Let's just see the queen."

"Agreed." Terracotta replied will sneaking away, when caiman was distracted with Loam.

Harpe edged towards the door quietly

Terracotta looked back to make sure Harpe got away too. Then smiled. "We should be able to see the Queen by know let's hurry." He said getting excited as they got closer to the main room.

Harpe followed him, her talons tapping excitedly

As Terracotta entered the main hall Queen Burgandy was waiting for anymore dragons with concerns along with her siblings. As Terracotta approched nervously she's so big, she's huge he thought.

Harpe gazed with awe at the MudWing Queen and bowed respectfully

Terracotta bowed respectfully and waited to be addressed to speak.

Harpe held her head down and wings out

Queen Burgundy nodded to Terracotta, addressing him, "What brings you here on this fine day?"

Terracotta looked up. "I...we were wondering if you could... Help... Me find... Out who my sibs are?" He asked stuttering.

Queen Burgundy nodded smiling warmly at him, she seemed to pay no attention to the Icewing for a second, "Yes, of course" she flicked her tail to Harpe, "Stand up dear and I suppose your here with the Mudwing?"

Terracotta spoke up. "Harpe is my friend from jade mountain, she's with me my Queen." He answered.

((Is it Burgundy or Burgandy?))

Queen Burgundy nodded, "I can have Fawn help you look if you'd like" Queen Burgundy suddenly called out, "Be careful Fern!" As a young princess Mudwing flew around some other Mudwings

Terracotta bowed lowering his wings reviling Geo his pet scavenger who was hiding and also reviling his gold scales at the base of his wings as well. "Thank you my Queen he said politely.

"Something seems familiar about you" Queen Burgundy murmured but nodded, "Fawn, please help them"

Harpe sat up quickly and glanced at Terracotta

Terracotta smiled "familiar, how I hatched alone in the swamp not far from here, I mean, I guess you could of seen me roaming around looking for something I could hunt by my self before other mudwings suggested I go to jade mountain." Terracotta replied hoping it would help find his sibs, knowing were he was hatched at.

"I'd suggest you three check in the swamp first, you might find a Mudwing patrol or you can go straight into the village" Queen Burgundy smiled at both dragonets with warm eyes
