No stealing,
All conflict no matter how great will be resolved through games,
When gaming, players must bet something that they agree is of equal value, as long as it doesn't go against rule number three,the game's content and what is bet is completely free,
the challenged party decides what the game is,
all best must be upheld
Conflicts between groups will be conducted by representatives with absolute authority,
being caught cheating means instant loss,
in the name of Tet(our god) no previous rules will be altered.
