So excited to start this tomorrow :)

Ivy (view spoiler)[I'm not so sure about this plan that her family has in place. Ivy doesn't know the whole side of everything, she was home schooled and kept from the other kids because her dad did not want her to be taught different from what he taught her. All she knows is what her father claims happened. I think there is a lot more that we don't know yet, and more likely that her family played a part in the way things are in this world. Interested to see how this all plays out. (hide spoiler)]

I am liking this so far.

15 chapters in. This is a quick read so far.

Ivy (view spoiler)[I can't see her going through with her fathers plan. What does her family expect will happen, seems to me that her father is really only after power not making things better. Things seem bad on both sides of the fence and there is a lot of turmoil. The more she keeps learning about Bishop the more she sees that he is not like his father and that they share some of the same ideas. They could work together. (hide spoiler)]

Bishop (view spoiler)[the more we learn about him the more I like him. I love that he was helping people outside the fence. I also like how he handled Dylan. Even if Meredith does not see that what he did was helping her. I think that he would be the one that can make changes in this world, even if he does not see himself as a leader. (hide spoiler)]

Ivy (view spoiler)[I think it's brave what she did, but I wonder if there was another way this could've been handled. She put so much trust into her families plan when there was never really an indication that her father would do a better job governing the towns. Her sister Callie really is a piece of work and now with Ivy on the other side of the fence Bishop is still in danger. It will be interesting to see what exactly is on the other side of the fence though. We are just told that it's a death sentence, but no indication as to what is really out there. (hide spoiler)]

Bishop (view spoiler)[I am curious to see what lengths he is going to go to help Ivy. I am sure he is not trusting what Ivy claims and that he will help her. I think for that the change that will happen has to be with Bishop in charge. He doesn't want power and that will be the key into deciding what will be right for the people. (hide spoiler)]

This was a good read and I can't wait to see what happens next.

hmmm...I wasn't too sure about this one but Now I plan to read it next month! so glad you loved it Amanda!! :)

I wasn't sure how much I would like this one either, but it really was a quick read and pretty enjoyable.

Bishop (view spoiler)[so far seems totally candid and is a gentleman. He is also forced into their marriage. I really like him a lot and I'll be sorely disappointed if he's duping Ivy. (hide spoiler)]

I finished and I absolutely LOVED it!

Bishop (view spoiler)[is probably the main reason I loved this one so much! In real life a man of that caliber would change the world! He was a fantastic husband not forcing Ivy and being ever so patient with her. I loved that he cared about the dead girl on the other side, I Like that he encouraged Ivy to have and speak her own mind. I loved so much about him. The only thing I didn't love was that he did know how to be violent. (hide spoiler)]

I believed until the very end of the book that (view spoiler)[Bishop would somehow come to Ivy's rescue. I thought the last sentence would be something like he was on the other side of the fence and Ivy looked up and said, "Bishop!" LOL (hide spoiler)]

Bishop is literally the love of my life. He cares so much about Ivy and he's so amazing, he deserves so much love.
