I've only done it a handful of times, but I like it. It's a fun way to go through a book-you can talk to someone as things are happening!

I'd love to do that. It sounds fun.

On your list, I know I plan on reading Illuminae, The Word Exchange, The Winner's Curse, The Winner's Crime and The 5th Wave. With the exception of Illuminae, I have no dates planned for any of these so I'm open! Illuminae I do plan on reading in January.

I plan to read Illuminae next week. The Winner's books I was planning around the time the third comes out, so I don't have to wait for the conclusion. :)

Me too! I've been wanting to read Illuminae for awhile so I'm like is it 2016 yet? is it? how bout now? lol

I don't want the hype to die down before I read it! I can't wait for January. I'm really excited for all the reading I have planned.

I have a lot of the books on your list on my TBR list as well! I'm currently reading the 5th Wave and have the Ghallagher Girls series, Embassy Row and The Winner's Curse waiting.

Yes--very strong!

Another one down. I was a bit disappointed in this book. Not nearly as good as some of his other books.

I just finished The 5th Wave. I wasn't blown away. It was a VERY slow start. I'm not sure if I'm going to read the second any time soon.

I just finished another.
This wasn't an easy read for me. I subscribe to book boxes to get me reading different genres, but the books tend to be harsher reads for my delicate self.

It seems like every book I requested from the library came at once, so I'm having a library reading month by necessity. I did finish which I'm happy about. I hope to get at least one other TBR book read this month, but I'm not sure it's going to happen.

March will hopefully be better than February. Are any of these books on my original list? No. But at least they're off the mountain.

What were your thoughts on Strands of Bronze and Gold? I have it on my TBR list for some time and I'm planning to pick it up this year.

Honestly, it was just an ok book for me. It was written well, but I forgot how creepy the Bluebeard tale is. I also didn't quite understand why her family left her with him even when they felt something "off". I think I rated it 2.5 stars - middle of the road. Let me know what you think about it.

I'm really hoping to get to these books in April. Fingers crossed.

16. The Winner's Crime I enjoyed this more than the first!

17. Cold Comfort Farm This book was ridiculous! I liked it almost as much as I liked the movie.

I'm having a great reading day.
19. Play Nice I needed some action in my life and this delivered!

I participated in Dewey's 24 hour Readathon and read a couple oldies from my tbr. I may end up on a higher summet at this point!

I just adore this series. I'm sad that it's over.

I finished two more books, completing this mountain! Bumping up the next peak. It was great to finish with some Chick Lit.

I DNF'd the oldest physical book on my TBR and am happy to get it out of my house. I'm not sure if I should count it or not, but I'll put it down here and decide later.

25. The Shadow of the Wind This was a hard read for me. I have an issue with big books and my attention span.

26. Call the Midwife: A Memoir of Birth, Joy, and Hard Times

This book was awesome!

27. The Ring on Her Finger

This was just average.

I finally finished this. I really enjoyed it!

29. Bridge of Time
This was a cute Middle Grade book. I'm going to send it on to my daughter next.

30. In Your Dreams

I'm concerned my nook is going to die, so I'm trying to read some of those eBooks.
