Ultimate Popsugar Reading Challenge discussion

Hello my fellow readers!

I've used the "tick tock" line in opening a weekly checkin thread previously but Wow! The clock really is ticking on our deadline!

I finally have progress to report. I finished The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes yesterday for a book more than 100 years old. I really enjoyed it. I'm also happy because it clicked off a book on the other challenge I am doing 100 books to read in a lifetime.

I am at 50/52 for our challenge (33/100 for the lifetime challenge).

What about you?

I finished this week too!! Yay!

I finished the first Hunger Games book, just one and a half more to go. I've done 46/50 prompts.

Just finished the last prompt, Pillars of the Earth which is my book written in the year I was born. Those last few were a challenge to get in but looking forward to the 2016 challenge!

I'm a bit late for this update, but last week I completed Losing in Gainesville (hometown). I also decided to use a book I read at the beginning of the year for the challenge (The City of Heavenly Fire, 500 pages), so that means I'm done! Looking forward to starting a new challenge in 2016.

I didn´t get to finish them all, I will bring the 6 that were left out into the 2016 challenge. Can´t wait to start this again. Happy new year.
