I got this book yesterday at the library too, along with some book which I did NOT order and never heard of. Turns out they'd been looking for it for someone who needed it for a book report. Guess someone made a mistake and put it under my name. Poor student. LOL

I'd like to read along with you as well. =]

Ezra (view spoiler)[I don't know what his deal is. Sometimes he seems like a jerk, but then he seems so good with helping Foster. (hide spoiler)]

Devon (view spoiler)[I like her pretty well, but she can be a bit judgmental, like with how she calls those girls in gym "prostitots" based on the clothes and makeup that they wear. (hide spoiler)]

I'm a college student, and my classes start again on the 18th.

I finished this book and really enjoyed this. It was a cute and fun read.

Katie, I agree that Foster is just so adorable and awkward. I just adored him in this! I felt so bad for him and all that he went through before he came to live with Devon and her parents. The author doesn't go into it too deeply, but I kind of liked the subtly.

I wasn't sure about Ezra at first either. Initially, I thought that maybe he was just misunderstood. I am glad that I was right. I just loved Ezra and I was rooting for him hardcore.

Cas never really grew on me. After the scene with Devon at the end I couldn't stand him. (view spoiler)[When Devon looks back on their friendship since childhood I almost wanted to cry. Poor Devon. She has been the only one putting any effort into their friendship. It seems like he was just friends with her to spare her feelings, which was disastrous in the end. I was furious at Cas after that scene at Homecoming. (hide spoiler)]

I really loved this book. I hardly ever read contemporaries because they aren't really my thing. But this was amazing. I do wish that we could have gotten a glimpse at Ezra and Devon (view spoiler)[as a couple. (hide spoiler)] An epilogue would have been great.
