A rare book that is difficult to read but hard to put down
The Trial by Franz Kafka. It's puzzling and amazing and a little frightening, but it's supposed to be a cautionary tale so that makes sense.

Right now I'm slowly making my way through Doctor Zhivago and trying to finish up this month's read of Stoner.
