Do you like the cast that was picked for this new play??

I understand that they're older in the book, but I had a hard time picturing them as the trio.

Yeah, I think that they will be good actors and will be good for the job, but they're not quite how I pictured the trio when they're older.

And I want to know who Ginny and everyone else will be. Everything says it will be released at a later date.

Yeah but it's the same characters right? I keep forgetting. I don't want them to continue the epilogue... But is it the epilogue or is it another whole adventure of Harry Potter?

It's like a whole new adventure with the same characters. It's basically Harry and Albus having to deal with Harry's fame and whatnot. You'll probably understand it better if you read the actual description.

It is a sequel and it explains what happens 19 years later although I do think that there is a new villain. Pottermore says "As past and present fuse ominously, both father and son learn the uncomfortable truth: sometimes, darkness comes from unexpected places."

I thought the line was saying how something from the past came to haunt them. Guess we won't know till July.

It says that the past came back to haunt them before that, I only quoted part of the article

I think the trio for the play is kinda OK....but no one can beat the golden trio in the movies.

I guess I just wish that it was the original cast.

I think the actor who plays Ron weasly is perfect. And for Harry and Ginny. I wish I can see the play in London. But I cant

I don't understand why they keep eveyone just the way they look in the movies, except for Hermione. I mean, there is nothing wrong about her being black but when everyone else looks so much like the old actors I find it strange that they changed her that much

Yeah. It annoys me. I mean, i don't think it ever says her skin tone, but fans are used to Emma Watson-like Hermione. And now she looks completely different. I mean, Ron looks ridiculous, he has clearly changed, but Hermione is an impossible change. Wait. Maybe it isn't impossible to change skin color, I mean, it's magic, right?

But I really enjoy the book. The cast does look different then I though of them in my mind so now I think of them differently. It pretty cool though.

No offence, but some of them aren't as 'attractive' as the movie actors. But the one actor I really want to meet is Noma Dumezweni, who played Hermione. I heard she was fantastic at it!!
