Doing a Buddy Read with Jess and we are reading . Anyone is welcome to join us!

Yay! I am glad that you are enjoying it! I just got back from work but I have the rest of the day off (it is 2:32pm here), my plan is to finish my current read , which I only have about 80 pages left and then get into Outlander. I cant wait!!

I just read the first chapter because I couldn't help myself, I like it a lot! There were parts that I were disinterested in but over all I enjoyed it. I liked Frank at first but by the end of the chapter he seemed a little sketchy, do you think he had an affair? I want to learn more about Clair's job it sounds so cool!

I just finished ch.2! And now going on to 3 but I just wanted to say that I don't like Frank at all! Other than the fast that he is sometimes cold with Claire, he is just super boring! I think Claire's character is very interesting and I can't wait to learn more about her.

Anyways, I am now going onto chapter 3! I will update soon (:

Yes!! She just met "Captain Randall" & things are getting better!!

I am listening to the 3rd chapter on audiobook because I am surfing the internet ;P

it is good! So far, it is a woman with an English accent but she does the voices very well!

I am done reading all 5 chapters! I really enjoyed the last 3, like we talked about. I think Jamie sounds really cute! Way better than Frank ;) It was interesting seeing Frank's great (times 6) grandfather.

You are right though, Claire hardly takes a second glance when finding out she traveled back in time, I would be freaking the hell out!!

I don't read a lot of novels where the characters have strong accents so it will take some getting used to, but for the most part I think I'm understanding most of it.

I cant wait to read more!
Also, how many chapters/what page do you want to read to tomorrow? (:

I had to reread a lot too! Lol hopefully we get used to it soon!

I also want to visit Scotland right now ): It's been at the top of my 'places I want to go in the world list' for awhile now!!

Why don't we aim for finishing up part 2 tomorrow? I believe it's around the same number of pages we read today (: we can always adjust that number though if things change!

Aw thank you! You have been awesome too, I would love to read more with you after this! Honestly, I like reading more with a "buddy," it's fun because there's someone to talk about what you just read!

I've actually had a really busy day, I've read chapter 6. I plan on reading more tonight though (:

Oh my gosh that is so funny!! Whenever I loose things they are usually just in my car.. Not in my freezer!! Lol

I probably won't post my thoughts till tomorrow as well, I am going to probably read a few chapters tonight and then finish up part 2 in the morning as well (:

So I've read chapter six and seven so far! But I need to go to sleep, I can't keep my eyes open much longer! ): I will continue in the morning and hopefully finish the second part then.

Yes I have read up to part 2; I am loving it! I wonder how this next part is going to play and what's going to happen! I agree that Dougal is very suspicious, I feel like he has something planned while they are on this "road trip."

I just finished chapter 15 and I am going to stop until you catch up but no rush! And yes I am loving it! It is getting really good! I can't really decide how I feel right now about what just happened but you will know what I am talking about when you get there haha!

Awesome! So maybe after I finish up part 3 I might start the TV series (: I just don't want to be spoiled!

Oh yay!! I'm getting excited then! I know so many people love the tv series but I just don't know a lot who have read the book as well so I wanted to give it a go. But I glad that I am because I am really enjoying it (: it's a longer book but it's nice just taking my time and really enjoying it!

That sounds like a good idea! I don't like spending my money on books that I don't like ): So I am in the middle of chapter 20 and there is a lot of action! I think I am going to finish this chapter for the night (I MIGHT read chapter 21) and go to sleep and then I will finish up part 3 tomorrow! (: YAY. This book is so big, I cant get over it!

I just finished part 3!! I feel so accomplished, haha! That was crazy! They fight so much!! But at least they make up. He is so cute with her!! He got her a ring!!!! awww.

Haha I think she is a little frustrating as well. I am in the middle of chapter 25 but I haven't been able to read today because I have been pretty sick and every time I go to read I just get super tired. So I have just been binge watching Once Upon a Time!

But anyways I also think she is frustrating, there is a part in chapter 25 and I will talk about it after you read it.

That's a tuff one! I haven't read any of them! But it seems like you are really loving the back daggered series so maybe lover unbound! or the well of ascension because I have heard that series is very good, I really want to read it!

But anyways! I am so happy that she decided to stay with Jamie. I don't think it would have been as interesting if she would have gone back home to Frank. Its also very interesting to read about the Witch Trials back then! That part was crazy!! And of course Jamie had to come and rescue Claire.. It's sad that her friend had to sacrifice herself to help Claire escape though ):

Anyways, I was just frustrated with Claire's reaction to the whole Witch ordeal. I feel like it wasn't realistic. If I was in that situation I would have been freaking out!! And she hardly seemed to mind the whole thing, like she wasn't going to die. She reacted the same when she time traveled. But other than that I loved everything that happened!

I wonder who else has time traveled (; theories? And I wasn't sure when I read it, but can it only be woman who time travel?
