I agree! This book is definitely very unique already and it's refreshing! I just read the prologue and the first chapter. I really am enjoying how it's written, it's easy to read but it helps paint a picture.

I also keep finding myself turning back to look at the front cover because it's SO BEAUTIFUL!

I just finished the fifth chapter! I am loving it, the writing style is so unique and different I am flying through it. Also Jack and Viviane are adorable! I am curious to see Ava's character though, I wonder if we start seeing her character soon? I can't wait to read more!

So I've read up to chapter 13! I loving it!!! I love the imagery, the descriptions, the characters!! Oh my gosh the characters! Nathaniel was just introduced and I can't wait to learn more about him! I hope him and Ava become close! Oh gosh.. I might read more tonight but I will try to hold myself back!

I loved that paragraph!! I remember reading it over a second time. It's beautiful and tragic how both Emilienne and Vivianes love life's are turning out.

I have also read through chapter 17, it was the first thing I did this morning. I couldn't help myself!

No it has to end happy! Gabe needs to come back! And I am getting kind of a creepy vibe from Nathanial, but hopefully we learn more about him. I could probably finish the book today.. If you are up for that! But if you don't have time we could read 5 more chapters. (:

I just finished 18 and everything is crazy! I do feel like everything is just going to combust and fall apart! I am scared and excited for the ending of this book

I cant stop smiling... that was way better than I thought it would be.. I am in shock, I'm so happy, I'm sad, I HAVE SO MANY EMOTIONS RIGHT NOW!

I LOVED the way that this story was told, through the family tree. But it was told in the perspective of Ava, I really enjoyed that!

That ending was so dramatic and I think the whole time we knew that something crazy was going to happen but WOW. I was not expecting that. I mean, I knew that Nathaniel was a little bit crazy but that whole chapter was just so intense.

I wish this author had more books out ): I believe that this is her first work! But I will eagerly wait until she comes out with more.

I am happy that we buddy read this one as well! That's what I love about Buddy reading, you have someone to talk to about everything that is happening! We should buddy read again sometime! I have so many books on my TBR, ugh.

And yes I thought that all of the minor characters were very interesting and i loved how we got to learn more about them in different chapters, it was genius!
