2017 Reading Challenge discussion

This is a retelling of the fairy tale Bluebeard. This was an enjoyable read. A little slow in parts but at the end I couldn't put it down.

This is my choice for this category as well! It's my next read after finishing "The Girl on the Train".

I was disappointed with this book, I guess my expectations were too high. The first half was very slow and full with filler chapters that didn't add much plot-wise, and sometimes Sophia got on my nerves. Also, Bernard made me very uncomfortable, so at times I had to put the book down and pick up something else to read to clear my head. The ending managed to grab me again, though, and I finally finished after a month or so.
