Physical Appearance
Hinoko has long curly red/black hair that she occasionally will straighten, her bangs always hanging low in her face. Her eyes are tilted up slightly at the outer corner and black irises with bright red flecks reside with in them, paired with thick dark lashes. Her lips are full and pink and her skin is smooth and even toned with no breakouts or blemishes to speak of, just the occasional dark freckle. She is 5 '1 and weights around 115 lbs, probably less. Her build is thin, but has the clear muscle definition of a physically active girl. She also has a pentagram tattoo on the inner side of her right knee that she usually tries not to show anybody. Her casual wear usually consists of a black t-shirt with the sleeves cut off and jeans. The logo/band/brand of the t-shirt varies.
Background
{History:} Hinoko spent all of her life from start to present in Kyoto, Japan where her father worked as a scientist and her mother was a nurse. One unfortunate day, her mother was shot to death during a mugging on her way home from work, leaving her entire family shocked and devastated at her untimely demise. Not long after the event her father was offered a job in London in a research laboratory. Soon after the move, Hinoko and her sisters discovered they could do thing the other children could not, but when they received an acceptance letter to Hogwarts their father brushed it of as a bad joke or a prank of maybe even as an advert so naturally her ignored them. But when the letters continued to come he reported it to the police as harassment. The police, in response, laughed at the foreign man and brushed him off. One day, Hinoko and her sisters found one of the letters and tried to talk to their father saying they wanted to know if it was real. After a few times of pestering their father with the subject they were eventually grounded. The next morning a strange woman named Laverna Buchanan, who just so happened to be a squib that lived nearby and had seen all the owls and envelopes surrounding their house, approached them. She offered to take the girls to a place where they could get supplies for the mysterious school and event drove them to King's Cross station instructing them to board the train at platform 9 3/4. Aaaaaaand now they’re here.

Personal Characteristics
{Personality:} Hinoko is a free spirited young girl who is energetic, positive, and very outgoing, and maybe a bit of a flirt. She’ll never let anyone get the best of her and hates being wrong ready to try every loophole to show she’s right. Though under her bubbly exterior, you'll find a sweet, compassionate girl full of love and care and kindness. Hinoko can also have quite a temper when provoked, although that kind of temper is hard to push her to. She normally just gets agitated. She loves fire (in fact, the spells she has the most success with is fire spells) and everything warm, shiny, sparkly, and winged and her favorite animal is the fox. She is deathly afraid of water and merpeople, but specifically selkies and merrows. Her fear of water started when she was 6 years old and almost drowned. To this day she does not know how to swim because every time she gets in the water she panics. Her fear of merpeople began on her first day at Hogwarts when she followed a butterfly over by Black lake and accidentally fell in, seeing a selkie and screamed underwater and lost consciousness. She woke up some time later back on the dock, having no idea how she got there.

Hello Ashara, and welcome to the group! I hope you like it here. There's just a few things that I noticed about your character sheet. I'd like you to add a little more to your character history. You've stated some good facts, but I want a little more reason behind these facts. What kind of baggage does she have and why? Why doesn't she speak about her parents? Why does she hide her ability with Parselmouth?

Appearance (with a description four lines or more, not just a picture): Adelaide has long hair that falls almost to her waist in straight, silky black sheets. Her face is very aristocratic, with high cheekbones, an aquiline nose, strong brows and full rosy lips. Her skin is milky pale, accentuating her extremely dark eyes. Addy isn’t very tall, she only stands about 5 foot 4, and at first glance seems to be willowy and fragile. However, upon closer inspection, her frame is very wiry, with hard muscle built up after hours and hours of Quidditch practice. Addy likes to experiment with her hair and makeup, but most often her hair is perfectly curled and her face is completely clean of makeup except for mascara thickening her eyelashes. Her style is more feminine, influenced by her French mother, with flouncy skirts and blouses and sky high heels.
Personality (with a description of more than four lines, as well please make character traits consistent with the traits of their school house): Adelaide is very stoic. She doesn’t make friends easily and finds that people are easily intimidated by her simply because of her haughty demeanor. She is very mindful and wary of her own actions, but it is not to be assumed that she is always a role model. She would just rather set someone else up to take the fall for something that she did than take responsibility for it herself. However, if you can break down her walls, Addy is fiercely loyal, and will reward her friends for their loyalty. Also, contradictory to her prowess on the Quidditch field, Addy is quite clumsy and always tripping over her own two feet, a fact that is most likely due to the height of the heels that she is always wearing.
Character History (four lines or more): Adelaide belongs to the Black family, one of the Sacred Twenty-Eight. Adelaide was raised within the elevated status and extreme wealth that comes along with being a part of this family. She has always lived, and continues to live (while she isn’t at Hogwarts, at least), in 12 Grimmauld Place, the Black family’s ancestral home. Adelaide is the daughter of the late Sirius Black, and was raised by her mother, Cosette Blanc. This is something that Adelaide has always found vaguely humorous, as her mother’s surname translates to ‘White’. Growing up, Adelaide was surrounded by her mother’s large French family, and other than the house that she grew up in, she had no real connection to her Black family heritage until she began at Hogwarts. Over the past seven years, Adelaide has voraciously learned everything that she possibly could about her fathers’ family. Addy has a burning desire to be as great a witch as her Black ancestors before her, and now that she is in her seventh year, she is getting quite close to reaching her full potential.
Strengths: Adelaide is sneaky, very good at devising schemes and plans, and is able to make people believe any lies that she may tell them by telling just enough of the truth to sound credible.
Weaknesses: Addy can often be arrogant. She dislikes being ordered around, and can be very demanding of her friends and underlings.
Likes: History of Magic. While this class may often make her classmates fall asleep, Addy deeply enjoys learning about wizarding history.
Dislikes: Pumpkin juice. She wonders how some people can even stomach the taste as it is completely abhorrent to her.

P e r s o n a l i t y
Angel has inherited her uncles benevolent and wise personality. She wishes to embody the great wizard who brought fear to the only known opposer, Lord Voldemort. Angel rarely displays intense emotions of anger or fear-but if push comes to shove, you ought to be check out your surrroundings before entering the ring with this intelligent beauty. Despite her clam voice, and reasonable morality, Angel has trouble being the bigger person in situations and will often end up being the one to shout the loudest or strike first. She is as well cunning and can comprehend human nature and turn the better aspects of humanity, trust, love, and friendship. Angel is very much devoted to her studies-but that is equal to the amount of devotion to slacking off and throwing parties.
She’s consistent in her studies, work ethichcs and is a valuable captain for the Gryffindor team.
Angel loves the thrill of a good old rebellious party and never sees to do much harm as she does the attention.
HISTORY
Bored the night of the yule ball during the great war, Angel had a hit on her head for a majority of her life. It was either do this or do that, never what she wanted. This sparked a rebellion in her childhood where Angel often sought out denied attention from her parents who were to busy worrying about the muggles to notice her own internal struggles. They say Angel was born with a watchful eye of a deer, the tongue of a cunning snake, the heart of a lion and the speed of a phenoix.
Angel was very close with her Uncle and often sought him out during school hours just to skip Herbology. “I don’t require that rubbish,’ She would say before kicking a can and plopping down into the plush sofa residing in the headmasters room. For her 14t birthday, Dumbledore had a professional artist draw her and
presented Angel with a hanging portrait of herself beside’s his own which remained behind his desk even after the great wizard passed.

Angel owns a rare white Nimbus 2001 which she spent her first year of hogwarts working incredible hard to purchase. She also has in her possision, Harry potter's Nimbus 2000 as a grieving gift when her uncle passed. At the start of Angel's year she would play for Slytherin because of an available spot while Gryffindor was full. But once while playing, she saw the slytherin Seeker do a dangerous stunt near an inexperienced young beater, startling her. Shortly after the match was won, Angel's placement was exchanged and she obtained the rank as Quidditch Captain. After her second year, Angel was offered a placement on the Bulgarian Quidittch team but ultimatly turned it down in order to finish her studies. She did take off some time and spent it with the team shortly after the passing of her uncle. As a farewell gift, the Bulgarian team presented the young Quidditch Captain a Firebolt Supreme which she values more than life itself. Angel can be found cleaning it or taking out for a spin once in a blue moon.

Angel is a big bird lover. In her first year at hogwarts, there was rumor of a constant shrieking coming from the girls laboratory. Soon after investigating, Angel discovered a little hawk caught in the pipes. She rescued it and nursed it back to health. The hawk, Skywalker has been a loyal companion ever since. She often uses him for sending messages back and fourth to her uncle because he's a fast flyer and knows the different flight conditions.
