I cannot bake or cook to save my life! Literally, the last time I tried to make a cake it was so bad the icing wouldn't stay on.

Loud noises won't effect it it's more to do with being knocked...bc it's made of egg whites which is basically just air...so if u knock it around or bang the oven it will be ruined.
