I have read all of the Berger and Mitry books, can't wait for the next one.
Lucky You by Carl Hiaasen is really good, it's funny, quirky and somewhat of a mystery.
I will give you the heads up if I run across any IR mysteries and please let me know if you find any...LOL

The Hoodoo Man (Starletta Duvall Mystery #2)
Green Money (Starletta Duvall Mystery #3)
Reckless Eyeballin' (Starletta Duvall Mystery #4)
Happy Reading!

Amazing chemistry between the hero and heroine; and the whodunit aspects of the plots were on point. Really well crafted stories.

One of the first books that I ever read with an IR relationship was The Shipkiller.
.It wasn't a crime mystery tale.. More along the lines of an adventure

Never heard of this book. Will definitely check it out.
Frankie Y. Bailey's Lizzie Stuart mystery series. First book is Dead Man's honor.
. It is a cozy mystery. Lizzie is a college prof. Her love interest is a college cop. It is a mystery series so the romance is secondary, but it is there.

was the first book in the series since it was written first and comes first in terms of the overall story arc.
