Spectacular! One of the best "Lennie"s I've ever seen (and I've seen the play three times, and two movie versions). Even though I know what's coming it still hits me like a punch in the stomach ... crying as I left the theater.

Currently starting this one. She is one of my favorite authors but this is her first standalone book.
Dark Promise by Christine Feehan
Will be done with this by noon I'm sure. They're starting to all be the same even some of the sentences have been used in other books...I went back and looked. I'll have to think about if I want to read any more of this series.
No One Knows by J.T. Ellison
I liked the book a lot. The plot was nothing new...life was good...husband suddenly was missing and wife was the main suspect. The difference in this story from all the others like it was the back story that lead up to this. At time you thought "What does this have to do with anything?" ... and then down the road the author ties it all together. The last half of the book had so many twists that you never saw happening. I believe that this is J.T. Ellison's first standalone novels and I had my doubts when first starting it but suddenly I became so engrossed in the story that I found I was on the last page. I highly recommend that the fans of her series novels...as well as 'newbies" ...give this one a try.
I'm currently reading Dark PlacesI hate the characters. I'm assuming it must be a good book if it enrages me this much.
