Looking forward to seeing everybody's thoughts on this one as we read it across the next few weeks!

Hey guys!

I've had this on my shelf for some time now but I just have no motivation to pick it up, despite it being the top voted on the poll.

Anyone who has read/reading it currently, what are you enjoying the most about it?

Alice (alicusi) I just finished it a couple of days ago, I must admit that at first it was pretty boring, but after a while, when I started caring about the characters it was pretty great. It also hurt a little to read it. I'm not much of a fan of books in e-mail/correspondence format (like Love,Rosie) but I really liked this one. We get the point of view of the guy for once, which is rare in a contemporary...

Alice (alicusi) I didn't like Fangirl either, Attachments is a little bit better in my opinion...

See, I personally really enjoyed Fangirl when I read it, so I'm wondering why I have no desire to read Attachments. I'm thinking of unhauling it tbh because I've owned it for like 2-3 years whoops!

Hearing it's in email format too sort of puts me off, I like a story that flows rather than loads of little snippets...

Alice (alicusi) The email format here is not too off putting, because it's not entirely emails. it alternates between emails and chapters from the point of view of the guy

Azrah (bookishaz) | 11 comments I just finished reading it today and i have to agree that the story gets better the more you read and start to understand the characters. And i liked the email format thing.. I think it was a nice idea and fits well with the story and gives you something different than just having chapters in alternating pov's. :)

Anais (anaisberg) | 7 comments I'm a little late, but I can say it's a good book! this is an unusual story and I liked it. My heart was always torn apart every time the characters made a step backward from each other. Lincoln isn't a creep. Loving someone for her person and her thoughts just for her, without actually seeing her or judging her on her appearance is true love.
