It is February already and time to start The king's blood! I am really excited to see what everyone does next!

Vera M. | 37 comments Im planning on reading this. Probably will get to it middle of this month.

Christina (christinaovallsbooks) | 70 comments I plan on reading this as well. I'm probably not going to get to it for another week though since I started on The Providence of Fire (Chronicle of the Unhewn Throne, #2) by Brian Staveley first and it's kind of long.

Helen | 1 comments I'll be reading but will need to read the first first, catch you soon.

Brent | 39 comments Who wouldn't read the second book after reading the first. the first book was amazing and am excited to see where this series will go.

I am with you Helen. Hoping to start the first one soon -- read it a while back and really don't remember it.

Vera M. | 37 comments I think it's great in the first parts of the book it is kind of a lets catch up with the characters. See where they are and what they are up to now, while moving the story forward and not feeling tedious.

Christina (christinaovallsbooks) | 70 comments I was finally able to start this today. Yeah. So far so good.

Helen | 1 comments I'm just starting. Vague memories stirring of who people are...

Helen | 1 comments Can I just say that I'm sick of the banking?! Does it continue?

Teanka Helen wrote: "Can I just say that I'm sick of the banking?! Does it continue?"

Yes, it does. I think that's what many people liked about the book, but I'm with you, Helen, in that it was a bit boring for me.
The series is titled "The Dagger and the Coin", so Cithrin represents the Coin part of the story :).

Helen | 1 comments Bgr!! Not thought of that. I keep glazing over, then I realise I'm on here or Facebook :(

Margret The bank does play a bigger role in the story. Gets easier to read too.

Margret Sorry, bigger role as the story progresses... My brain not work

Helen | 1 comments I ended up enjoying it :)
