Alex Shelby (jynxmecrazie) Are these all true crime books you listened to on audio? I love true crime, but haven't ever listened to one.

I'm wondering the same thing.

Julie - You have down The Executioner's Song, which I have scheduled to read later this year. Did you listen to this? I'm wondering how the audio version is, if I should go that route.

MissSusie | 2431 comments Julie,

Are these just your favorite books?? have you listened to them in audio?? Who narrated them were they good? I can get Genre lists anywhere I would rather just have people post Audiobooks they've listened to than just a list of books not the audio version.

CatBookMom | 1082 comments Wow! Thanks for the many, many books to find and enjoy. I've recently been on a true-crime reading binge, reading, not listening.

One that I didn't see was The Man in the Rockefeller Suit: The Astonishing Rise and Spectacular Fall of a Serial Impostor . This was amazing; part of it happened two suburbs away from me in Pasadena (yep, where the Rose Parade happens). Apparently the crook finally got convicted and sentenced quite recently. I read, didn't look for audio version.

Doc: The Rape of the Town of Lovell was quite well-written. Really an awful thing this man did to the women of the small Wyoming town of Lovell.

I've just finished Before He Wakes; new author to me, but well written.

eta: Other titles:
The Good Nurse: A True Story of Medicine, Madness, and Murder - this is really scary; the killer kept getting hired at other hospitals.

While She Slept

Son of a Grifter: The Twisted Tale of Sante and Kenny Kimes, the Most Notorious Con Artists in America: A Memoir By The Other Son

There are some good books about art theft, too:

The Gardner Heist: The True Story of the World's Largest Unsolved Art Theft

Priceless: How I Went Undercover to Rescue the World's Stolen Treasures

The Irish Game - currently reading

Vicki | 3 comments Hello,

I'm new to groups on Goodreads and I'm trying to figure out how it works.

I was trying to figure out how to make a link of the book with just the name of the book like CatBookMom did above.

Thanks for your help

Hi Vicki! Welcome to the group. You need to be online to add links. The app doesn't allow for that. When online, just look on top of the comment box you are writing in and there is a clickable link that says "add book/author". When you click on that, you can search for a book and just click add next to the correct one.

Vicki | 3 comments Thanks, Kristie!

I'll try that.
