My addictions are alcohol and cigs. I had quite drinking through a rehab center for thirteen years and then started again about five years ago.

I'm addicted to food, anything edible basically. Especially bread, white bread. And i'm constantly eating. But thankfully, the habit is dying. Hopefully it'll stop soon completely.

-Yogurt (Especially that dang McDonald's Fruit & Yogurt Parfait)
-Chicken (fried or grilled)
-Fried green tomatoes on grilled cheese Sandwiches
-Hearty & thick, but sweet tomato soup

I was addicted to smoking. I quit 1 year and 4 months ago! YAY!

That's awesome Amy! How did you quit smoking? I am trying that at this very moment.

Thank you! Cold Turkey! I was having so many problems with my throat swelling due to acid reflux and smoking, it just got to the point where I was done.

My addiction is that I am addicted to using my cell phone at night snuggled up in bed when its time to sleep and when I really should be sleeping. I didn't accept this as being an addiction at first. But it is. And I am willing to overcome this urge of keeping my mobile with me as I sleep. And thanks to Diamond who has been so wonderful by making this group, I have talked it out here and I think I'm going to end this. Thank you dear people for hearing me out. :)
