A few other quicker questions:
Denton refers to Murphy as a civilian: prophetic?
Harry does mention those 13 columns in Mac's place and tapestries covering his walls. Details I had forgotten. But he also referred to his sword cane beside his staff - huh? Since when did he have a sword cane? Did I just forget? Or is this not mentioned again?
The demon Harry conjures mentions his parents' unnatural deaths - so Harry's father was probably also murdered. He seems to question this piece of information, since he continues to assert that his father died of an aneurysm. But the other stuff the demon said was true, so I'm thinking this is too.
His mother's name: Margaret Gwendolyn Dresden. Do we know where her names come from? Who is she named for?
At some point, can't remember exactly when, he says he sees "something with wings and glittering, multifaceted eyes hovered at the edge of my vision." I thought maybe Toot Toot was near? He already said they're watching him...
Harry mentions he has "no visible scars." He spoke too soon. He soon gets shot, his foot is chewed on by a loup-garou, and he's beaten. Ouch.

One final comment:
Again, I found little omissions by Harry that seemed to be only to make the story work. He didn't tell Murphy about the shard of glass he took. Why not? Was he protecting her? Not sure what she'd say? Seemed a strange omission at the time. And why couldn't he tell her right then about the werewolves? Why did he need to make up a report? Seemed like a contrived delay so other things could happen. Thankfully, these contrived moments seem to happen less as the series goes on.
And one of the best lines in the whole series:
It isn't enough to stand up and fight darkness. You've got to stand apart from it, too.

I'm finishing up Fool Moon and had a few thoughts. My main thought is that this is the point where Harry loses a lot of his naivete, if not innocence. In Storm Front, a lot of the evil, black magic, bad guys, etc., not to mention blood and gore and dead bodies, disturbed Harry greatly. He hadn't had to face things this bad (he said). He was often scared, freaking out, or puking - or all of the above.
In Fool Moon, this all gets kicked up a notch. He eventually finds himself wading through blood and gore with bodies on every side (in the precinct), with friends in mortal danger and only rather basic magical tools available to him. He calls the magic the agents use to turn into wolves the blackest he's ever come across. Is he exaggerating (thinking of Justin)? Regardless, he will not be the same after this. This also sets him on the path that brings him to Skin Game.
I have other comments, but I'll use a separate post.
