What year would you want to be in at Hogwarts right now?

I would want to go through all of them

But if I had to pick, I would probably go through year 4

Yeah. In year 4 you could do things like go to the yule ball and go to hogsmeade but the workload wasn't as hard yet.

I'm the age for year 3 but I'd want to be in year 4

Third year

Year 3 because you could go to Hogsmeade, but not so much homework as the later years.

Sixth year I think would be the good choice for me.

Every year of my life become the greatest and become a teacher/headmaster

I'd want to be in all of them
1st year since its the most magical and experiencing hogwarts through young eyes is just the most amazing thing ever

2nd year since you're a bit older and have a handle on the school (even tho there's a crazy monster petrifying muggle borns)

3rd year since there's care of magical creatures and Remus lupin is the defense against the dark arts teacher

4th year to watch the tournament and go to the Yule ball (even tho a student dies and Voldemort is back)

5th year to be in the D.A. and learn to cast a patronus charm

6th year since you're one of the older kids now and you get free periods in between classes and you get to choose your classes and such. (Even tho one of the most terrible things ever happens at the end of this year 😭)

7th year because you're an adult and you get to fight against the darkest wizard ever and fight for your school, your family, and your friends. (TBH I wouldn't mind dying for hogwarts, its my home)
