Candice | 29 comments Hi!
I read this book about three years ago. I'm not sure when it was published but I read it in ebook format. The heroine is a talented pianist who struggles with playing perfectly and refuses to play by her emotions fully. Her father is in prison (I believe for murder) and and she despises him. I'm unsure on whether she hated her mom or not. I believe her mom died but again I'm not sure. She's happy with her foster parents and is extremely grateful for them. The hero is rich along with his sister who is also a musician. The hero helps her "let go" with her playing and recovering from her damaged past.
Any suggestions would be awesome! Thanks!

Candice, where does she play the piano - classical concerts, lounge bars, etc.?

If the hero is a musician, what instrument does he play?

Candice | 29 comments I'm not sure of what instrument he played or if he did. The heroine played in classical concerts and I believe she is attending a musical arts college like Juilliard. The hero's sister does play the piano too though, and it's mentioned that her performances are popular because of her charisma and not her talent.

Candice | 29 comments I don't believe so. The heroine has no siblings and her biological family is lower-class. The hero is portrayed almost like a rich playboy and doesn't teach for his profession. Thanks though!
